Parmesan Chicken

I actually picked this recipe up from my lovely mother Barbra and played around with it for a couple years. I tend to use my moms spaghetti sauce, you can find it on here. If you make the pasta the one day, then this the next it works out beautifully!

What you will need

Pasta sauce
Boneless skinless chicken breast (that being said I have used chicken thighs for this as well)
1 egg (just the whites)
Cheese I prefer using mozzarella but what ever cheese you like GO CRAZY
A frying pan
A casserole dish


Take the chicken and coat it in egg whites then in the bread crumbs, try and get them nice and breaded. Have your pan hot and sizzling then add the chicken. Let it get golden brown on both sides and don’t worry about cooking it all the way through.

Next take the chicken and place it in the casserole dish, add cheese on top, then smother it in the pasta sauce. Finally add one more piece of cheese to the top. Cook at 400 for about 30-45 mins. Please make sure the chicken is cooked ALL THE WAY. Raw chicken is dangerous.
