This is my first time doing one of these, but as I sit here and try to put another recipe to ink I decide to try this out, while relating to my theme.

A clock is a cooks life. Stir for this many minutes, cook for this long. Don’t over cook, or under cook. But the timing doesn’t have to be a burden. While something is baking you can use this time to clean. (UGH cleaning) But honestly, it saves so much time and heart ache if you just start doing it as you are cooking. Done with the Knife, put it in the sink. Something cooking, get started on dishes. Time is a valuable, use it to make your life richer.
