I am a huge fan of breakfast and a big believer in breakfast is an anytime meal. Here is a very easy omelet recipe that just about anyone can make.
What you will need
The amounts are really to taste so add as much or as little of any of the ingredients.
at least 2 eggs per person
Green pepper diced
Onion diced
Ham diced or in small pieces
Cheese shredded
In a bowl add your eggs and a little bit of milk. Mix it up well.
Heat a small frying pan on medium heat and add some butter. Add the egg into the frying pan, and add your ingredients on top of the eggs. Allow it to cook without poking at it. You can use some tin foil or a lid to help it cook better/faster. Once the top is no longer shiny or gooey (you’re looking for a nicely cooked egg here) you are done! From the pan slide it onto the plate and fold over. Enjoy!
